Can you drive a Tokyo go-kart: you must be 18 or older with a license; most countries bring a 1949 Geneva IDP and passport, while Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco and Taiwan bring a JAF Japanese translation; a 1968 Vienna IDP, digital copies and phone photos are not accepted.
